MEAT PRICES. WELLINGTON, April 9. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board advises that lamb, wether, and ewe schedules in the South Island will be increased by one-eighth of a penny next Monday. BLACKBALL CREEK. The Blackball Creek dredge return this week was 33 ounces for 118 hours. SNOWY RIVER. There was no wash-up at the Snowy River dredge this week, the dredge having been idle while repairs were carried out.
