TOBRUK AGAIN BOMBED LONDON, October 20. In Egypt there is still nothing to report from the land forces apart from patrol activity. On Sunday night Allied heavy and medium bombers attacked Tobruk, scoring hits on enemy ships. American heavy bombers raided Tobruk again yesterday, scoring direct hits on at' least two large merchant ships. Enemy landing grounds at Fuka and El Daba were also attacked. Torpedocarrying aircraft bit an enemy merchant ship off Pantellaria Island, near Sicily. The ship was left sinking. In’ air attacks over the battle area fires were started and enemy aircraft were destroyed in combat. ITALIAN GENERAL KILLED (Recd 11 a.m.) ' , LONDON, October 20.
