Provision is being made in proposed Government regulations for “reduced cream,” containing 25 per cent, of milk fat, to be sold only in hermetically-sealed tins. It is stated that the standard laid down for “cream” is that it shall contain not less than 35 per cent, of milk fat. Overheard in the Bus.
