WATERLOO BRIDGE
LONDON, August 11. Buses and taxis will cross the new Waterloo Bridge for the first time tomorrow, when two traffic lines will be opened from each direction.. The bridge will have six lines of traffic when completed. One hundred workmen who went on building throughout the blitz toasted the bridge to-day with three barrels of beer.
