QUEENSLAND FLOODS.
BRISBANE, February 17. It is known definitely that six lives were lost in the floods, and possibly seven. Hundreds of people were trapped in their homes, and were reseed with difficulty by the police Air Force men, and civilians. The flood waters have now receded.
