PUBLIC Notice is hereby given x that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925, and its amendments, the Grey Electric Power Board hereby makes by Special Order the following by-law: A By-law to be known as the Grey Electric Power Board By-law No. 2, defining rules and regulations in connection with the supply of electrical energy to consumers in the Grey Electric Power District. Copies of the said by-law are open for inspection, without fee, and during office hours at the office of the Board, Mackay Street, Greymouth. The resolution covering the above was passed by the Board at its December, 1941 meeting and was confirmed at the meeting held on January 28, 1942.
