NORMANDIE INQUIRY.
WASHINGTON, February 14.
Colonel Knox, Secretary to the Navy, has convened a Navy Court for an inquiry into the cause of the Normandie fire. Proceedings have already begun. They are under the direction of Admiral Leahy (former Ambassador to France).
