ty ratepayers within all that area of land, bounded: Commencing at the point on the north bank of the Taramakau River where it enters the sea, thence to the point on the bank on the boundary between Blocks VII and VIIT, Waimea Survey District on the boundary of the District of the Grey Electric-power Board, as deIscribed in New Zealand Gazette 1935, page 2060. Thence .southerly along the said boundary between Blocks VII and VIII, Waimea Survey District, crossing the Taramakau River along the eastern boundaries of Sections 2069 and 3185, thence along the south-eastern boundary'of Section 3185 crossing the Kumara-Greymouth Tramway Reserve and along the north-east-ern boundary of Section 118 to a point on the same bearing on the south side of the Road Reserve of the Greymouth-Kumara Highway. Thence along the road reserve boundary to the point of intersection of the Road Reserve boundary and the southeastern boundary of Section 3184, thence southwest along the southeastern boundary of Section 3184 to a point where the said boundary meets the Road Reserve.
