SERIES OF SUCCESSES ENEMY’S HEAVY LOSSES RUGBY, July 29. A Cairo Headquarters communique states: Owing to unfavourable weather conditions locally, our of-? tensive patrols at Tobruk carried ptrt only limited operations on the night of July 27/28.
