The directors of the New ZealandMalay Rubbei’ Company, Limited have decided to pay an interim dividend of four per cent, on both issue: of preference shares, and two pei cent, on ordinary shares. SNOWYRIVER. Snowy River return: 150 oz in 125 hours from 25,300 yards. BLACKBALL CREEK. Blackball Creek return: 430 z in 120 hours. ALEXANDER MINES. Mine report for month of June:— Stoping has been carried on above the intermediate on lode varying in width from one to five feet. The stope on top is up to a level with the floor of No. 5 Intermediate Level and the lode looks as if it will go some distance higher yet. The stope drive was put out to a footage of 60 feet, all being on lode from four to five feet in width. A connection has now been made with a small crosscut put out from the Intermediate stopes. One hundred and forty tons sent to battery for month.
