Little cigars for ladies! From London it is reported that tiny havanas, about the size of a cigarette, are being introduced in the hope that they may tempt lady smokers. Well, well! —and there was a time when ladies simply abominated smoking in every shape or form! That, however, is another story, as Kipling would say.
