GREY TECH. AT CHRISTCHURCH.

The annual match between the Greymouth Technical High ’ School and Christchurch West High School first elevens, took place at Hagley Oval, yesterday. Greymouth batted first and scored 125, due mainly to a fine knock of 50 by J. Haglund, and useful contributions by N. Jones 33, and T. Parsonage 26. West declared their innings closed with 206 on the board for six wickets, N. Biltcliff scoring 79 and R. Crimp 52. Haglund bowled well for Greymouth to take four for 54 off 13 overs. Grey batted a second time, and at stumps had lost eight wickets for 118 (Wickes 33, Dixon not out 31, Burrell 24). Scores:
