LONDON, March 17. The Belgrade correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says Germany three times made representations to Jugoslavia, seeking her co-operation in the new order, but Jugoslavia merely offered to exclude foreign influences” and sign a non-aggres-sion pact, which Germany refused.
