'THE Royal Commission appointed to A enquire into the cause of the accident, at the’coal mine at Ten Mile Creek near Greymouth known as Kaye’s Mine, on November 6, 1940, and into the working of the existing law with respect to the prevention of such accidents, will commence sittings at the Court House, Greymouth, at 10 a.m. on THURSDAY, January 23, 1941. All persons desirous of giving evidence are requested to communicate with the undersigned, in writing, , as early as possible. In order to facilitate the work of the Commission, itis desired that prepared statements be submitted, where possible, and these statements may be supplemented by oral evidence if desired. G. G.
