WHEREAS TT has come to our knowledge that x certain people have been stating; that “The English Diplomas held by our Opticians can be bought,” or words to that.effect.. This is so foolish that-it is hardly worth answering. One has to go in for intense training for a great length of time, and have a high standard as well before going up for examination to gain the Diploma.
