GREY RIVER The directors of Grey River Dredging have declared a dividend of 6d a share, payable on December 19, to shareholders on the register on December 9. . MOTUROA OIL . WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. At the annual meeting of the Moturoa Oil Fields, yesterday, a dividend of six per cent, was declared on the preference shares for the year ended August 31, 1939. Mr. C. H. Weston was re-elected as chairman. OIL RESEARCH GISBORNE, December 5. The New Zealand Petroleum Company Limited reports: Morere well, present depth 5,450 feet in hard shale and sandy shale. Midhurst well has been advanced to 4,530 feet in hard sandy shale.
