SKILLED RADIO MECHANICS. —Applicants must possess a P.M.G. Certificate (Ist or 2nd class), or a Broadcast Operator’s or Amateur’s Certificate, or a Public Works Radio Serviceman’s Certificate. Enlistment will be in the rank of Leading Aircraftsman. Whilst in New Zealand, the salary will be £225 . p.a. plus quarters and rations. From embarkation, R.A.F. rates of pay will commence. COMMISSIONED OFFICERS.— Applications will also be received from men with advanced radio experience and a University science degree or its equivalent. On transfer to the'United Kingdom, successful applicants will be appointed •, to the R.A.F. Technical Branch.
