SUBMARINE LOST.

LONDON, July 15.
The British submarine Shark is considerably overdue, and the Admiralty says .she must be regarded as lost.
The Shark, a vessel of 670 tons, is the tenth British submarine lost since the war began. Britain began the war with 57 submarines, but apart from others which have been built, Britain’s submarine strength has been increased by vessels from other countries which have been attacked by Germany.
GRAMPUS VICTIMS.
RUGBY, July 15.
The Admiralty has issued a list of the company of the British submarine Grampus, which on June 29 was reported to be considerably overdue, and is presumed to have been sunk. The list contains the names of five officers and 54 ratings.
YACHT CASUALTIES LONDON, July 14. The casualties on H.M.S. “Compeador” on June 24 were one officer killed, one wounded, four officers believed killed; one rating killed, one rating wounded, and fourteen ratings believed killed.
FREIGHTER SUNK.
JERUSALEM, July 15.
An Italian submarine torpedoed an Iranian freighter 50 miles from Haifa, killing two members of the crew. Eighteen others reached Haifa.
