LONDON SENSATION RECALLED [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] MELBOURNE, December 9. Ledwedge Vincent Lawlor, who fired a shot outside the Duchess of Kent’s home in London, was arrested in Melbourne, and charged with haying shot George Anderson Kelly, 32, with intent, to murder him.

Kelly and Leslie Giles, 32, were found in St. Kilda, each shot in the back. Giles is in a critical condition.
