Gallup’s fifth survey has been made on the question “Should the United States Go to War with Germany, and send her Army and Navy Abroad?” The results show that 96.5 per cent, of the people are against the United States going to war, as compared with 94 per cent, who were against it. at the outbreak of war. , Fifty-four per cent, believed that \ the United States, can remain neutral ‘ indefinitely.
