DEPTH OF THE BAR The depth of the bar and river at high water to-day was: Bar, 22ft 3in.; river, 20ft. 3in. ARRIVED November 21: Puriri, m.v., 423 tons (Wahlstrom), 0.42 p.m., from Nelson. SAILED November 20: Huanui, m.v., 56 tons (Thomsen), 9.17 p.m., for Foxton. IN PORT Kartigi, Puriri. EXPECTED ARRIVALS Hokitika, Wellington, to-morrow. Karepo, Lyttelton, to-morrow. Titoki, Westport, Thursday. Kakapo, Wellington, Saturday. Kiwitea, Auckland, Saturday. Totara, Wellington, Monday. PROJECTED DEPARTURES Kartigi, Auckland to-night. Puriri, Port Waikato, Thursday. Hokitika, Hokitika, early. Titoki, Picton, early. Karepo, Wellington, early. Kakapo, Auckland, early. Kiwitea, Miramar,' early. Totara, Gisborne, early. SHIPPING NOTES Huanui sailed last night, with coal for Foxton. Puriri arrived this afternoon with cargo from Onehunga and Nelson. After discharge, she will load timber for Port Waikato and Onehunga, sailing on Thursday. Kartigi is to sail at six o’clock this evening, for Portland and Auckland. Hokitika left Wellington late yesterday afternoon, with cargo for Greymouth and Hokitika, and is due here to-morrow morning. Karepo left Lyttelton last night with cargo for Greymouth, and is due tomorrow, to load coal and timber for Wellington. Titoki is to leave Picton to-day for Westport and Greymouth and is due here on Thursday, to load coal and poles -for Picton. Kakapo is expected to leave Wellington on Friday for Greymouth and is due on Saturday night. On Monday she will load for Auckland. Kiwitea is to leave Auckland on Wednesday with cargo for Greymouth, and is due on Saturday, to load on Monday for Miramar and Wellington. AT OTHER PORTS. LYTTELTON, November 21.
