FIRE IN EDINBURGH
CHOCOLATE WAREHOUSE LOST.

A fierce fire in Central Edinburgh in the midst of a black-out attracted thousands to watch the destruction of Cadbury’s and Fry’s chocolate warehouse, involving loss of a. large quantity of stock, and all papers and books with Christmas orders. Fire brigades subdued the outbreak at midnight.
