O’BRIEN AND ATKINS DRAW
WELLINGTON, November 6
■ Wrestling fare- of an infinitely better quality than that provided last week was seen in the Wellington Town Hall to-night, when the recently-formed New Centenary Sports Club staged its second contest. The main bout was between an Irishman, George O’Brien, and a flying-tackle expert, “Tiger” Frank Atkins, of New Zealand. It ended in a draw after each man had secured a fall. There was a larger attendance than last Monday, and the crowd was treated to bright, swift-moving wrestling, in which a variety of holds was seen. In addition, there was an adequate amount of rough tactics to give the necessary colour.
