[PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.]
RUGBY, November 4
It is stated that, provided war contingencies do not interfere with supplies, the new Waterloo Bridge, London, will be opened next June. The carriage-way will accommodate si? lines of traffic, and the navigation of the Thames River will be greatly facilitated by the wide spans of the bridge. The construction, is in rein-
forced concrete, faced with Portland stone and granite.
