A salesman who had been travelling on a certain railroad for a number of years was complaining'about the trains always being late when, to his surprise. the train came, in on time. He immediately went to the conductor and said: "Here’s a medal. I want to conratulate yon. I've travelled on this road for 15 years and this is the first, time I ever caught a train on time." "Keep your medal.’’ said the (•onductor, “this is yesterday’s train."
