STATES IN POLAND
REPORTED GERMAN PLANS. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] COPENHAGEN, October 20. The Berlin correspondent of the “Politiken” says: Germany is creating an independent State in Poland on November 1. The capital is to be Warsaw. The State will be of the approximate size of Bulgaria. Three million Jews, from all over Poland, will be settled in a special State in the East, the capital of which will be Lublin. The correspondent points out that Germany would thus be creating the first Jewish State in the world for thousands of years. EXPULSION OF POLES. LONDON, October 20. The Germans intend to expel Poles from the Corridor and replace them with Germans evacuated from the Baltic States. The exiled' Poles will not be compensated. Expulsions and replacements are commencing in Gydnia.
