BRITAIN AND BELGIUM
RESUMPTION OF TRADE TALKS [BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.] RUGBY, October 19. The discussions between Britain and Belgium which took place in London during the week beginning October 2 were adjourned on October 6 to enable the two parties to consult their respective Governments on the proposals put forward. The Belgian delegation is expected to return to London at the beginning of next week, when discussions will be resumed on a number of trade questions arising out of the war, including the possibility of simplifying the procedure of contraband control in respect of goods imported into Belgium.
