POLISH TERRITORY DIVIDED [by CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] (Recd. October 20, 1.30 p.m.) BERLIN, October 19. Herr Hitler has signed a decree for the organisation and administration of the occupied Polish territory, operative from November 1. Two new provinces, West Prussia and Posen, are created. West Prussia consists of Danzig, Marienwerder, and Bromberg (Bydgoszcz in the former Corridor), and Posen embraces the districts of Posen and Kalisz. The district of Katowice will be added to Silesia.
