Mr Goodfellow refers to our future financial engagements, and thinks we need expert financial guidance to get us back to where we were. We inherited it from Mr Goodfellow s political friends, and don't waul any financial experts to tell us what it means.
"As to getting financial guidance to show us how to get back to where we were, when this Government took office.
