FRENCH “TRAITOR."
PARIS. October 19. The Military Governor of Paris has subpoenaed a Frenchman, Paul Ferdonnet, who at present is broadcast-, ing in French from Stuttgart. If he does not respond, ho will be courtmartialled in his absence as a traitor.
