WEATHER FORECAST. General situation: A deep depression is centred to the south of tha Dominion, and a secondary depression appears to be developing west of tha North Island. Forecast: Moderate to strong winds, between north-west and south-west, Wbather cloudy to overcast, with intermittent rain, but improving gradually to-morrow. Temperatures cooler. Seas moderate to rather rough.
