ECONOMIC PROBLEMS
INDIAN BOARD CREATED [BRITISH OFFICIAL ‘WIRELESS.] (Recd. October 17, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, October 16. The Government of India has decided to create an Economic Resources Board, in order to cope with the large number of economic problems arising from war conditions. The Board will be constituted of representatives of all the Departments -concerned with the development and conservation of India’s resources, and steps are being taken to maintain close contact with the Provincial Governments and with professional, industrial, and commercial organisations.
