[FEB PBESB ASSOCIATION.] MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE. WANGANUI, September 6. Pleading not guilty to a charge of manslaughter, Walter Taylor, a showman, known as Walter Clancy, was committed to the Supreme Court, for trial. Bail of £lOO was allowed. The charge arose from a fatal accident in a shooting gallery. The accused was not present when the accident occurred, but the charge alleged failure on his part to take reasonable precautions.
