BRISBANE TOURNAMENT. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] BRISBANE, September 6. The croquet tournament officials are attempting to speed up the tournament section in which New Zealanders still remain to enable them to complete their play before the week-end. The other contest will be extended for a few days. To-day’s results are: — Open Championship: Mrs McCreath won, 26-12. •*> President’s Trophy: J. Thompson lost 11-26, Mrs Palmer won 21-20, R. W. McCreath won 26-19. Doubles Handicap: J. Thompson and partner' lost, 16-26. Rose Bowl: R. W. McCreath won, 26-9. Fisher Trophy: Mrs McCreath lost 16-19.
