Cox Brothers, Australia, Ltd., to-day advised the Slock Exchange Association that the directors have announced a dividend of 15 per cent, on ordinary shares for the 12 months ended July 31. They have also announced a new issue of ordinary 'shares at par to ordinary shareholders, on a basis of two new shares for every five now held. The share register will close on October 4. The wash-up on Monday of the Rimu Flat dredge realised 2030z5. for 124 hours, from 41,697 yards. BUNDI CLOSED DOWN. The Bundi gold dredge owned and operated by the Bundi Tin Dredging Company (No Liability) at Camerons, near Greymouth, has closed down for an indefinite period. Thirty-one dredge workers are affected by the closing down.
