SOCIALIST RESIGNATIONS [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] BRUSSELS. April 17. M. Picrlot has formed a new Cabinet, with M. Spaak as Minister of Foreign Affairs, and General Denis as Minister of National Defence. The Socialist Labour Minister, M. Wauters, has resigned. The Socialist Party Congress rejected, by an 62,000 majority, a resolution favouring participation in the Government. Other Socialist members of the Cabinet are the Foreign Minister (M. Soudan) and the Minister for Health (M. Eekelerz). LATER. All the Socialist Ministers have resigned, and M. Pierlot is reforming the Cabinet, on a two-party basis.
