LONDON, March S. Secret Service men and Scotland Yard officers are searching for vitallyimportant documents in relation to the co-ordination of the Air Force and the military, in war-time, which were stolen from a car, left unattended for a few minutes in Harley Street. It is believed that they were taken by an ordinary car-pilferer, who had no idea of the value of the documents. BELGIAN CONGO. BRUSSELS. March 8. The Minister for the Colonies (M. ANTARCTIC RESEARCH SYDNEY, March 8. The explorer. Sir H. Wilkins, has placed before the Federal Government proposals for the establishment of two meteorological stations in the Antarctic. He suggests that New Zealand should be asked to. bear part of the cost, which he estimates at £lO,OOO yearly for two years, thereafter not more than £,7000 yearly.
