Hokitika is awaiting an improvement in the conditions and may sail this evening for Wellington, with a part load of timber. Omana will sail early this evening for Adelaide, if the bar permits. Karu is to sail on Thursday, for Petone and Miramar.

Karepo is to sail on Thursday for Miramar and Wellington. She is to return next week to load for AVellington. Kartigi left AA r ellington last night with cargo for Greymouth, and is due at 6 o’clock to-morrow morning, to load for Miramar and AVellington. . Titoki is due at 11 o’clock to-night from Westport, and will sail to-morrow (with coal for Tarakohe and Picton. She is due back on Saturday, to load coal for New Plymouth and Tarakohe.

Kalingo left Wanganui this morning for Greymouth, and is due to-morrow, to load timber for Sydney and Newcastle. Huanui is due early from Foxton, to load coal for return. Gabriella is to leave Lyttelton on Thursday with cargo for Greymouth and is due on Saturday, to load coal and timber for Miramar. Totara is to load at Bruce Bay tomorrow, for AArellington. Alexander is due on' Tuesday next from Nelson, to load foi’ return. AA r aimea is due next AA r ednesday from AVanganui, to load timber for Port AA r aikato. James Cook is due the first week in October with Australian cargo, and will load for Sydney and Newcastle. AT OTHER PORTS. AVELLINGTON, September- 20.
