DOMINION DAY SPEECHES [BRITISH OFFICIAL WIBELESS] RUGBY. July 2. In proposing the toast of Canada, at the Dominion Day dinner of the Canada Club, held in London, at which he was the principal guest, the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Sir John Simon), congratulated that country on its .satisfactory financial and economic position.
