JOHNSON AND CALTAUX WIN.

The first was between Don l Johnson, of Auckland, lOst 31b, an'di Johnny Dean, of London, 9st 51b. The referee inter-vened-in the fifth round, after Davis had been knocked down five times. OSBORNE DEFEATS ADAMS. DUNEDIN, June 20. Bert Osborne, the Australian lightweight: champion, 9st Sftl'b, beat Iles Adams, Ashburton, 10:st., on points, over 12 three-minutes rounds in tine Town -Hall to-night. There was a good attendance.
