Exerting his famous “octopus” clamp to such a degree that his opponent could not continue, Lofty Bioinfield (1G.8) to-night beat Joe Tonti (15.8) in a wrestling match that attracted a packed house. The hold was applied in the seventh round, and Tonti was obviously unfit to continue after he
had been disentangled. Until that time, Tonti, a clever and agile wrestler, more than held his own in a fast and spectacular bout. I
