INANGAHUA V. CANTERBURY. To-morrow at the Reefton Racecourse Rugby League fans will be treated to a. great, day's football, when the Canterbury representative team will meet Inangahua. The Inangahua team is practically the same as that which defeated Coast, with the exception of Richards, who has been replaced by W. Hart, who has been playing fine football this season. If a favourable reply is received from the Wigan Club. Eddie Holder will take a. nlace in the Inangahua team. Canterbury will be in a position to field six or seven fresh men in the match with Inangahua, as some nineteen or twenty players are making the trip. This should even matters up, as seven of the Inangahua players will bo in the Coast team to-dav. Cabled advice was received this morning, from the Wigan Club, that E. Holder has full permission to play in to-morrow’s game and accordingly the ex-Buller three ; quarter will occupy the centre-three-quarter position in the Inangahua team, replacing W. Clark. TO-MORROW’S MATCHES Few who witnessed the first round game’ between Runanga and Marist seniors, when Runanga won by the narrowest possible margin, will care to miss the return game, at Wingham Park to-morrow. Runanga always play their best games against Marist, and another in the series of exciting clashes between them can be expected to-morrow. Several alterations have been made in the Marist team, and the re-appearance of T. O’Connor will strengthen the back line. Blackball, the leaders in the competition, will meet Nelson Creek, at Blackball, in the other senior game. The junior match at Wingham Park will lie between Blackball and Marist, while junior games will also be played at Rapahoe and Runanga, where the home teams meet Kumara and Brunner respectively.
