RUGBY, February 19. According to the recommendation of the International Non-intervention Committee, the Governments participating in the agreement will, _ from midnight on Saturday, prohibit the enrolment, departure, or transit of volunteers for Spain. The Chairman’s Sub-committee met at the Foreign Office, this evening, and will, it is believed, put the finishing touches to the scheme for supervision.

The flight was the first of the projectfli long-range and Atlantic flights, which the Caledonia and her sister ship Cambria were scheduled to make this year. RUGBY, February 19. The Queen Mary, which left Southampton on Wednesday, on the first voyage since her overhaul, was at midnight last night maintaining a speed of thirty knots. The CunardWhite Star Company state that the company’s experts on board are entirely satisfied with the performance. No attempt to break the record is being made.
