PARCEL BY POST. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, February 17. The body of a baby was sent by post from Leeds, England, to a shop address in Dublin. An inquest was held on the body. The jury returned a verdict of death owing to post-natal neglect. The postman who delivered the parcel containing the bo<Jy was unaware of the contents of the ’ parcel, which was wrapped in a newspaper, and labelled “With Care,’’ untiLone of the shophands made an inquiry, which led the postman to open it. Then he saw the baby’s head. The body bore no n arks of violence. , .
