Kerr, of Jlunanga, was yesterday, appointed temporary conductor of the ‘ Municipal Band. Applications for a permanent conductor will be called, through Greymouth and city newspapers, and the appointment of the successor to Mr W. L. Francis, will be made about the end of January.
