At a special test, last night, at Scott’s Hall, under the auspices of the Auckland Weight-lifting Association. L. Hogan, list 41bs, established a middleweight world’s record for a pullover at arms length, with a lift of 145Jlbs, compared with the previous record of 1401bs. Australasian records were surpassed by H. Cleghorn, 14st 4Mb, ir. the heavyweight two-hand military press, twohand snatch, and two-hand clean and jerk, with a lift of 303Mbs.
