LONDON, June 25

Gen. the Hon. Sir Francis GathorneHardy, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief at Aidershot, paid a high tribute yesterday at Aidershot to the gallantry of Mr William Hastie, a young Aidershot 'ex-soldier, who averted a serious accident at the final performance of the Aldershot Tattoo on Saturday.
