SEATTLE, August 7.
Representative Marion Zioncheck was killed to-day when he jumped from a window on his fifth floor office. His death has definitely been established as suicide.
His brother-in-law said he accompanied Mr. Zioncheck to his office, where, without warning, Mr. Zioncheck ran to a window and jumped. The congressman’s wife, sitting in a motor-car in front of the building, saw her husband’s death.
Earlier in the day Mr. Zioncheck was taken to a physician, who, pronounced his mental condition serious. He advised that Mr. Zioncheck be carefully watched.
