As the climax to Germany’s first “War Horse Day,’’ in the presence of cheering thousands, 110 horses were awarded porcelain replicas of the Iron Cross, by the Minister of War. The crosses are inscribed “War Comrade.” A march of triumph followed. OLYMPIAD SALUTE. , LONDON, July 23. The “Sun-Herald’s” Berlin correspondent learns that the English Olympic team will not raise their hands in any form of salute, but turn their eyes to the right during the march past Hitler. The Dominion representatives will probably do likewise.
