SYDNEY, July 20.
The English Rugby League team today played its last match of the Australian tour, beating the Western District team at Lithgow by 36 points to 14. The Englishmen will sail for New Zealand by the Monterey on Wednesday.
The gross gate receipts for the Englishmen’s tour to Saturday are about £32,000, which is about £4OOO above the total on their Australian tour of 1932.
